Your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, your order history, and the research-use attestation you give at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers. We also log IP address, browser and pages visited to prevent fraud.

To take payment, ship your order, send order and tracking emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud and chargebacks, keep the records the law requires, and measure which of our ads bring orders.

Our checkout and payment providers, the carrier that delivers your order, our email provider, and advertising platforms that receive conversion events so we can measure our ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is deleted when you ask us to.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to support@thehalelab.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA, including to know, delete and opt out of sale or sharing; we answer those requests within 45 days.
