Plain rules for returns, damaged parcels and certificate problems.
Unopened vials
Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Write to support@thehalelab.com first for the return address. Return postage is yours unless the error was ours.
Opened vials
For laboratory integrity reasons we cannot accept opened vials or vials with a broken seal.
Damaged or wrong items
If a vial arrives cracked or you received the wrong item, email support@thehalelab.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it, your choice, and you do not need to send it back.
Certificate Match Guarantee
If the lot number on your vial does not match a published certificate for that lot, we refund that vial in full.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we reship or refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
